1 General Terms & Conditions

Ndajee (operated via ndajee.onl) is an online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Ndajee and users of the platform.

In these Terms, "we", "our", or "Ndajee" refers to the entity operating the platform. "You" or "user" refers to any individual registered on or browsing the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account on Ndajee, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. We reserve the right to reject any registration application or close any account.

• Your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number must be genuine and accurate.
• Each person may operate only one account; multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Participation in online gaming must be legal under the laws of your country.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Any suspicious login or unauthorized access must be reported to us immediately.

Ndajee may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time to confirm the details provided during registration. Failure to submit the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on Ndajee can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the platform and may vary by payment method.
• Successful deposits are usually credited instantly or within a maximum of 30 minutes.
• Deposits from third-party bank accounts or mobile wallets are not accepted.
• Always save the correct reference number and transaction ID when making a deposit.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please notify the support team.
• Ndajee does not charge any deposit processing fees, though fees from your payment provider may apply.

4 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings from Ndajee, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until the KYC process is complete.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set on the platform.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Multiple withdrawal requests submitted at the same time may not be processed simultaneously.
• Ndajee reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if fraud is suspected.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ndajee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be read before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered users one time only.
• Each bonus has a specified wagering requirement (x times the bet amount).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the specified conditions are met.
• Each promotion applies to one account once only. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus balance and real money balance are displayed separately.
• Ndajee reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Free spins are generally valid for 7 days and will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

If bonus abuse or any form of manipulation is detected, Ndajee reserves the right to cancel the bonus and permanently close the account. No appeals will be accepted in such cases.

6 Gaming Rules

• All games are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified, ensuring completely random and fair outcomes.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be saved on the server.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Bet limits are set individually per game and cannot be exceeded.
• In any game-related dispute, Ndajee's decision shall be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Ndajee platform. Involvement in any of them will result in immediate account termination.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Registering using false information or another person's identity.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or AI.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illicit funds.
• Harassment, threats, or inappropriate conduct towards other players.
• Attempting unauthorized access to any system on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses or promotions for unfair gain.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Ndajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, at any time.

• Violating the terms and conditions may result in immediate account closure.
• Accounts may be temporarily suspended if KYC documents are not submitted.
• Users may also request to close their account at any time.
• Any real money balance can be withdrawn before an account is closed.
• If an account is closed due to prohibited activities, no balance will be refunded.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy
